Our staff represents one of the most qualified, experienced and diverse groups among Executive Search Firms.  Our staff is uniquely qualified to represent your company on any executive level search. 

Our firm was founded by Gib Snyder in 1979.  Gib held hourly jobs working on the manufacturing floor while obtaining an engineering degree and starting for four years on the Southern Illinois University baseball team.  He also served as a Captain in the United States Air Force with a year of service in Vietnam. 

Among the diverse and unique qualifications our staff brings to you are the following:

    g   A Certified Public Accountant with membership in
          the American Institute of Certified Public
          Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified
          Public Accountants.

   
g    Accounting and financial experience with a Big
          Four Accounting Firm.

   
g    A degreed Registered Professional Engineer
          Licensed to practice in the state of Illinois and
          Missouri with hands-on, shop floor
          manufacturing experience and experience with
          responsibility managing multiple, major project
          engineering assignments.

   
g    A degreed consultant who has grown up in the
          manufacturing sector as a result of his family
          owning and managing a successful
          manufacturing company for over 100 years.  This
          consultant has worked in the manufacturing
          sector for twenty years including service at the
          executive level in Sales, Marketing, Business
          Development and Distribution.

   
g    A licensed Attorney with a Law Degree from St.
          Louis University, membership in the Missouri Bar
          Association and the Illinois Bar Association and
          experience with Big Four Accounting Firms and the
          manufacturing sector.
   
g    A graduate of the prestigious David Glass School
          of Business at Southwest Missouri State
          University, who has spent most of his life
          associated with the Executive Search Business.

    g    A Bachelor of Arts from Vanderbilt University.
   
g    A MBA from the prestigious post graduate Olin
          School of Business at Washington University in St.
          Louis, MO

Our staff is well trained.  Our training goes beyond the requirements of most Executive Search Firms and exceeds the requirements of certification in the  Executive Search business.  Each new member of our staff must work closely with, and under the tutelage of our company’s founder.  It is our philosophy to hire individuals with talent and integrity and train them to our internal standards of Executive Search.
